A little over 3 years ago, I published my first post on this blog.  At the time, I'd never have guessed that 3 years later, i'd be revisiting this blog to to post this:

Happy anniversary, boyfriend.  You're one of the best things to ever happen to me.  I love you.

When words become unclear, I shall focus with photographs. When images become inadequate, I shall be content with silence.

Oh how things change.

I look back at some of my sappy old posts back in 2006, and I'm embarrassed. Why is that? Why would any of that embarrass me?

And still, I can't help but sometimes miss those times. That was a good year.
